Located on Guildford Road, Bayswater, Camelia Court Retirement Village is an affordable retirement option. The 59 independent living villas create a complex that is surrounded by attractive, established lawns and gardens. It is adjacent to parkland extending to the Swan River and the Eric Singleton Bird Reserve.
Camelia Court offers 59 well-appointed retirement villas in a tranquil, secure, community-based environment. Villas are available for the relatively independent, active retiree, not requiring the assistance of a residential aged care facility. However, residents can access community-based services to assist with activities of daily living to maintain their independence. These include personal care, medication management, meal preparation, shopping, respite, home cleaning and maintenance.
Camelia Court villas provide an easy-care home, living next to like-minded neighbours with similar backgrounds, life experiences and interests.
Each villa is linked to Ritcher Lodge in the event of a medical emergency. An emergency call will notify Lodge staff that the villa resident requires assistance. The Lodge is a residential aged care facility on the same site.
Villa residents can access a home-delivered meal service or choose to dine at the Ritcher Lodge dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if preferred. All catering is done on site.
Villa residents also have access to a private community hall on site to use for social events and activities of interest such as the library, craft activities, exercise classes, concerts, indoor bowls and movie nights. All events and activities are organised by the villa residents or their resident committee.
